Rebecca McNaughton (BSc, PGDipDiet) is a New Zealand nutritionist and dietitian with over six years nutrition experience in the food industry sector. Her key areas of expertise are childhood nutrition, food labelling, deciphering nutrition information panels and allergens.

Like most nutritionists, she shares a passion for anything food related - cooking, baking, reading cookbooks and food magazines, visiting food markets and of course eating the fruits of her labour.
