Who wants to be Fitter?
12 April, 2011 - 13:37 — sovitaSo...we have made some progress on the sleep situation!
We've managed to knock the milk on the head - so she is no longer having a bottle during the night. She does still wake up however, but the duration seems to be getting shorter and we have had some nights where she has put herself back to sleep. Hooray! So I'm feeling alot better on that front.
Winding Down

Life as a Mum doesn't change that much day to day so sometimes I find I am short on blog topics. But rather than blog about the usual sleep challenges, I thought I would write about what I have been up to the past week!
Finding Time to Exercise
19 August, 2010 - 10:59 — sovitaOne thing that has changed a lot since becoming a Mum is the sharp decline in time I now have for myself.
Prior to having a baby I worked as a Personal Trainer - so health and fitness was a major part of my life. I had time to exercise as and when I liked, if I didn't feel like it in the morning, it was easy enough for me to find another time during the day when I could do it.
Now I don't quite have that luxury.
